Strain Spark Purchase and Return Policy

1. Purchase Policy:
- Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not constitute the acceptance of the order but confirms that we have received it.
- Order Acceptance: Your order is deemed accepted once we dispatch the products and send a confirmation of the same.
- Payment: All prices listed on our website are in USD / US Dollars. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, and PayPal. Your account will be charged upon order placement.
2. Return and Exchange Policy:
General Returns:
- Return Period: Items (excluding seed sales) may be returned within [30] days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original, unused condition.
